Reservation FAQ
Q: How do I make reservations?
A: Call 847-240-0386 and hold your seats with a credit card. We will swipe your card when you arrive at the box office, or you can opt to pay in cash or with another card, upon arrival. Everyone in your party can pay individually if you’d like. We would only run the charge if you don’t show up, or for any unused tickets.
Q: I want to make a reservation, but what if I have to cancel?
A: Well, we’ll miss you. Just make sure you give us at least 24 hours notice. There are no cancellations or lowering the number of people in your reservation within 24 hours of show time (48 hours for parties of 10 or more).
Q: I want to sit in the best seats.
A: First of all, that’s not a question. Second, there’s not a bad seat in the house. All seats are at tables, face the stage, and no seat is farther than 30 feet from the stage. Parties are seated in the order in which they arrive and check in at the box office.
Q: I have a gift certificate (or coupon or some other form of pre-paid ticket), do I still need to provide a credit card?
A: Lucky you! Since we don’t run charges in advance, just bring your coupon with you and we’ll factor that in when you arrive and pay for your tickets at the box office window. We still need the credit card to hold your reservation. We’ll only run the charge if you don’t show up or for any unused tickets.
Q: I don’t want to provide a credit card.
A: Again, not a question. Don’t you get this format? Well, without holding the seats with a credit card, you cannot make a reservation. Without a reservation, you can still get tickets at the door, but those are subject to availability. If we’re sold out, we’re sold out.
Q: But I don’t trust my friends to show up and I don’t want to have to pay for them if they flake out and don’t show.
A: If you don’t trust your own friends, then how can we?
