Audience Procedures

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Illinois Dept. of Public Health recommends that fully vaccinated Americans wear masks indoors in places with high Covid-19 transmission rates as nationwide infection levels are once again on the rise.

Laugh Out Loud requires that masks be worn at all times, and actors on stage and staff will remain masked. If you purchase food or beverage, you can pull your mask down to take a bite or a drink and then pull it back up, but do not remove your mask. We will keep the website updated if these policies relax or change.

Everyone must show their proof of vaccination and a current ID prior to show entry. You can show your vaccination card or a photo of the card on your phone and a photo ID that matches.

All tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no walk-up sales. This will mitigate contact with box office staff and get you to your seats quicker. Forgot to buy tickets in advance? You can step out on the sidewalk and take a minute to purchase over your smart phone, because no cash or cards will exchange hands in our lobby.

6 foot distance as you enter our lobby to check in at the host stand and if you visit our theater bar.
