Audience Procedures

As you may have heard, the state of Illinois and the City of Chicago are relaxing mask and vaccination mandates for indoor activities. We recognize that intimate theater experiences like ours pose unique circumstances that may lend themselves to Covid transmission. Therefore, in an effort to keep our cast, crew and patrons as safe as possible, we will continue to require proof of vaccination and encourage mask wearing. We regularly examine the needs and comfort levels of all that work and play in our theater and plan on stepping back measures over the next several months. Please check our website for up to date protocol. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to discover what our new normal will be!

Everyone must show their proof of vaccination and a current ID prior to show entry. You can show your vaccination card or a photo of the card on your phone and a photo ID that matches.

Laugh Out Loud recommends that masks be worn at all times, and actors on stage and staff will remain masked.

All tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no walk-up sales. This will mitigate contact with box office staff and get you to your seats quicker. Forgot to buy tickets in advance? You can step out on the sidewalk and take a minute to purchase over your smart phone, because no cash or cards will exchange hands in our lobby.

6 foot distance as you enter our lobby to check in at the host stand and if you visit our theater bar.
