Audience Procedures

State Guidelines mandate that “gatherings of all sizes can resume across all industry settings,” and in the next sentence “Businesses and venues should continue to allow for social distancing to the extent possible, especially indoors” and that businesses should continue to put in place additional public health mitigations including requiring face coverings.

Because of this mixed message and for the safety of our cast, crew, and patrons, Laugh Out Loud is going to incrementally relax requirements. Let’s all ease back into this together!

Mask policy relaxed over the summer

June - Totally masked shows for audience and actors and staff. No food and beverage available.

July - Our Tiki Bar in lobby re-opens to sell beer, wine, and pre-packaged snacks. Masks must be worn at all times unless eating or drinking, actors on stage and staff will remain masked.

August - Policy relaxes and vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks, unvaccinated individuals should stay masked.

All tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no walk-up sales. This will mitigate contact with box office staff and get you to your seats quicker. Forgot to buy tickets in advance? You can step out on the sidewalk and take a minute to purchase over your smart phone, because no cash or cards will exchange hands in our lobby.

Social distancing maintained throughout. We will keep our seating at 60% capacity, and recommend distancing as you enter our lobby to check in and visit the Tiki Bar.
